Strentgh Focus WODs

Since I cut my thumb pretty bad recently and have stitches I am steering away from METCON type WODs that might rip them out. (Already ripped one out, IDK how) November is a bad month for me (http://nathanmagniez.blogspot.com/2008/11/broken-toe.html)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes:
3 Power Clean 155 lbs (scaled to 135#)
6 Push Ups
9 Air Squats

Repeat this sequence 6 times (6 rounds). Rest for 1 minutes between the 3 minute rounds.

IDK total rounds b/c too hard to keep track. I averaged about 2.5 rounds per cycle.

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
3 Power Snatches @ 75% of 1 RM (I did 95#)
2 Rounds of 3 Pull Ups, 6 Push Ups, 9 Box Jumps 20" box (did 24" box)

Rounds: 5 and 1 cycle of pull up, push up, and box jumps

This was a tough WOD. My hands are raw but no ripping so thats good.
